Join our 30-minute drop-in sessions – no camera or microphone needed. Simply register to receive a Zoom link, then settle into a calming, inclusive space designed to weave presence and clarity into your day.

Whether you’d like to share your thoughts or listen and learn, these sessions are open to everyone, with no pressure to participate beyond your comfort level. Come as you are and connect with a community that values personal growth and self-awareness.

Mindfulness for Stress Reduction

Body Awareness (Monday): 

Anchor attention to breath, posture, and movement.

Emotional Awareness (Tuesday):

Notice pleasant, unpleasant, and neutral sensations.
