TAILORED PROGRAMS:

Pathways to Practice:  Foundations of Mindfulness

Begins Friday, January 30 • 1:00–2:30 PM ET • 10 Weeks
A healing‑centered journey into the foundations of mindfulness. Over ten weeks, we’ll explore simple, steady practices that help you return to yourself with clarity and warmth. Each session offers paced guidance, grounding exercises, weekly reflections, and the option for one‑on‑one support. You’ll receive a certificate of completion at the end of the program.
This beta cohort is offered on a donation‑based model, honoring accessibility and the shared intention to grow this work together.

MINDFULNESS SESSIONS (free):

Join any drop-in session – 30  minutes of guided practice open to all.

 

Designed to help you discover yourself, reduce stress, and embrace the present moment. We create a healing-centered, supportive space with accessible sessions tailored to promote clarity and personal growth for everyone.

GROUP COACHING (free):

Facilitated to guide you on a path to self-awareness, clarity, and purposeful action. We build a group environment where you can interact in compassionate, reflective dialog to unlock your potential and grow.
