Matt Carden

Matt Carden is an internationally accredited mindfulness teacher and seasoned leadership coach with a four-decade career spanning military service, federal leadership, and adult education. He holds certifications from Mindfulness Exercises and Mindful Leader, and formal Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) training. A graduate of the FDA’s Federal Internal Coach Training Program – aligned with International Coaching Federation (ICF) standards – and certified in Workplace Mindfulness Facilitation, PMP, and Leadership Development, Matt brings rigorous expertise to every engagement. His 20 years in the U.S. Air Force and 20 years with the DoD and FDA inform his approach to cultivating clarity, resilience, and effective decision-making. For the past three years, he has offered free daily mindfulness sessions, ensuring accessible well-being for all. 

Nancy Doyle

Nancy Doyle is a certified mindfulness and personal well-being coach with over 30 years of federal service in education, mindfulness, and life coaching. She specializes in guiding displaced government workers through transitions, helping them navigate stress, build resilience, and reclaim calm. Nancy holds certifications in workplace mindfulness facilitation and coach training, and she designs practical tools and reflective practices to foster lasting behavioral change. Her approach empowers clients to develop self-awareness, emotional regulation, and purposeful action.

Kelly Morin

Kelly Morin brings more than two decades of training, development, and leadership experience to Magnolia Pathways. She holds a Master’s in Education and a graduate certificate in Human Performance. As an instructional designer, Kelly led the FDA’s Staff College to its first accreditation with the International Accreditors for Continuing Education and Training (IACET), ensuring the highest standards of learning excellence. She combines strategic vision with compassionate guidance to create adaptable, learner-centered experiences. A runner. mother, veteran, and military spouse, Kelly’s personal resilience informs her passion for helping others grow. 

Renee Madden

Renee Madden has been an organizational leadership coach and dynamic training specialist at FDA’s Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition (CFSAN) since 2014. A graduate of HHS’s Federal Internal Coach Training Program, she delivers engaging programs on leadership, communication, productivity, and mindset development. Her credentials include CompTIA, Crucial Learning, and Arbinger certifications, plus a Medical Degree and a BS in Biology and Chemistry. With a background as a forensic scientist, medical technologist, and adjunct professor, Renee blends scientific rigor with mindful facilitation. She empowers individuals and teams to reach their full potential through holistic, healing-centered coaching.
