Introduction to Focus Attention

This session introduces gentle grounding techniques to support stability and ease. By tuning into feet, seat, and hands, breath, and sound, awareness naturally settles, creating a steady foundation for mindfulness.

Body Scan Meditation

This session invites practitioners to slowly and mindfully observe physical sensations, allowing the body to soften and release tension. The practice encourages a sense of warmth and connection, providing space to unwind without pressure.

Loving Kindness
(Compassion Practice)

This session fosters a sense of kindness, patience, and warmth toward oneself and others. By focusing on gentle affirmations, we create space for ease and connection, shifting emotional tension into a place of openness.

– Begin with simple affirmations: May I be well. May I be at peace.
– Expand the kindness outward to loved ones and others, moving at a comfortable pace.

Stillness & Presence

This session is a quiet space for resting in awareness, allowing thoughts and emotions to arise without pressure to fix or change them. It is a practice of simply being—letting go of expectations and embracing the present moment.

What to Expect:

  • A simple, open-ended practice of sitting in stillness and observing breath and thoughts.
  • Space to allow sensations, emotions, and ideas to surface freely.
  • A calm and welcoming atmosphere, free from the need to analyze or react.

This is a gentle practice of spaciousness—you can engage in whatever way feels most comfortable.
